sybase无法启动的问题!

当我的服务器使用DHCP分配IP,启动服务的时候提示:
错误提示：
SQL Anywhere Service Manager
The service hmsdata could not be started. See the Event Viewer for more infomation, or check your parameters.
确定

当我设置维固定IP时,则没有这个问题!
请问具体的原因!是为什么!
